Rotaractors of RCDA visited KILKARI RAINBOW HOME HOSTLE , an orphanage in ChabiGanj, Kasmere Gate giving shelter to around 80 girls within the age group of 5-15 years. Visit was organised on November 2, 2013 to celebrate the Festival of Lights, DIWALI with the innocent children of orphanage. The visit included bursting of small Crackers like PhulJhari and Charkhi.It was followed by Distribution of Gifts, and Sweets and wishing them a very Happy and Safe Diwali. The visit made this Diwali unforgettable and it made our day and their's as well.
The best part was children kept asking for more crackers and we were almost out of them with last packet of PhulJhari in my hands. Then we somehow managed to console them with lightning of Candles.
